Who Am I?

First of all, if you are reading this, congratulations, because you have demonstrated curiosity and the desire to better yourself.  

I am Kevin Yao, my passion is to help people discover their superhero talents and hone their storytelling skills.  I have over a decade of experiences in coaching multi-generational candidates on their careers, and through this process, I have help promoted over 200 people. 

The world is a scary place right now...COVID, recession, and polarizing politics.  It is natural to feel uncertain during this ambiguous time, and my goal, is to help you assess, prioritize, and take action to help you find the career you love, and have the skills to profess your vision through compelling storytelling.
